Unable to load MQQM.DLL

After Changing the a clients system from a workgroupd to a
domain the MSMQ service will not start. I have tried re-
installing the MSMQ but when I try I get the following
error:

Unable to load MQQM.DLL

All,

Just to let you know I have updated the clients to Spk 4
(they were at Spk 3) and it has seemed to resolve the
issue.
