Unable to load logon user interface DLL

I encountered the following funny error :-


The Logon User Interface DLL ckpginashim.dll failed to
load.

Contact your adminstrator to replace the DLL, or restore
the original DLL.

Not able to figure out how to do it. can someone help ?
