Unable to Join Domain

Good day everyone,
for some strange reason I'm unable to add a particular
computer to my domain. I'm using W2k Spk4. I have been
given enterprise admins, administrator and domain
administrator. When I try to join the computer to the
domain I'm getting a message that says "The following
error occured attempting to join the domain "domain_name."
The network path was not found". Now I find this strange
especially since I can browse the computers through the
Network Neighbourhood.
Any suggestions.

Thankx
Nik

browse what computers? The domain controllers? Can you ping the DC's?
Can you login with the domain admin account to a pc that is already on the
domain?

Is your DNS set up properly? Set up forwarders in your AD-integrated DNS
server to point to several public DNS servers (you may need to remove the "
.. " -- root zone -- first). Then make sure that all servers & workstations
specify *only* the internal DNS server's IP address in their TCP/IP
settings.

I have also had this problem in the past and would like to know weather its
a DNS/MAC address issue?

TIA
