unable to install vista

I have a clean drive ( formatted & zeroed)
when trying to load vista recieve error code 11114
and computer locks up

suggestions
 
Could be a bad copy of Vista. Maybe try redownloading it. Also, could you
post your Hardware info.
 
When do you recieve this error code? What kind of installation are you
doing (from dvd or from desktop)?
