Unable to install SP for Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manage

I am getting an error message stating I need a file msbcm.msi that is
supposedly located on the CD. I have searched both the CD and the download
center and cannot find this file. Any ideas?
 
What the version of BCM that your running is it v1 or v2 .Can you go to Help
