Unable to install software

Whenever I try to install software I get the following message:

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-Dos and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the
application.

Is there a fix out there for this

Also run your Malware,spybot and Anti virus. This issue is believed to be caused by a Trojan.
