Unable to install programs

I am unable to install programs. For example, when I try to load
project wizard (which is a CAD program). I get message:

"click setup to install project wizard"

I then click "setup" and get the next message.

"Welcome to the Registry Fix setup wizard - click next to continue, or
cancel to exit setup"

It does not make any difference which program I try to install, keeps
coming back to Registry Fix Setup Wizard. Could you help me get rid of
this message so that I could install other programs?

Do you have the "Registry Fix" program installed? (
http://www.registryfix.com/ )
Try uninstall/reinstalling it.

Try cleaning out your temprary files folder (click Start, Run, %TEMP%
to open it.) The Registry Fix setup program may be stuck in there for
some reason.
