Unable to import an Excel file

When I tried to import from an Excel file into my Access
97 database, I received the message "microsoft access
can't find the wizard, or there is an incorrect setting in
the Windows registry".

Would appreciate if someone could help with this issue.

Look in this forum...down a bit to "Import Wizard hangs"
Posted by Jill. I posted a possible solution there.
Note: if you are using Access 97 change the 40(s) to 35(s).
