Unable to forward or reply to email

I am using Outlook 2003 and when I reply or forward an email message I get a
system error stating "please configure your mail client to use
authentication". However, if I send a new message to the same address it
works. How can I fix this?

How many mail accounts in your profile, and are they all set up properly to
authenticate (if needed) to your outbound mail server? You can have them all
use the same one if you want...
