Unable to expand folder - HELP!!!

I'm on OL2003 using Exchange 2003.

I have several shared Exchange Server mailboxes but i can't seem to open 2
of them. I was told that I was given access to these that all i need to do is
remove/re-add the mailboxes and restart outlook.. but still no luck...

I tried to access my email account on another computer and I was able to
open these 2 mailboxes... What seems to be wrong? I reinstalled and
re-created a new profile but still can't access them...

"Can't" as is...? Where do you get stuck? What exact steps are you taking.
