Unable to email to groups from shared contacts

I have a user who has shared her contacts to her group. When a person from
her group tries to email to a group from those shared contacts, it does not
email them for some reason. If you try to email to a group and add some
individual users to recipients, those individual people will get the email
but people in the group will not.

We use Exchange 2003, on Windows 2003 servers with Outlook 2003 clients.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
 
Try tracking the message to see what happens to the group. Also try
recreating the group in ad and see if that works.
