Unable to download somethings off the internet

Hi:

I am unable to download images and some progrms off the
internet. The message I receive is that the souce file
could not be read.

Can someone help me please.

Hi Rosann,

Try clearing temporary internet files. Control panel/internet
options/general tab, click on 'delete files'.
