mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message, please quote

thanks. it was my Norton program causing not being able to download anything.
it gave no error just did not do anything when you tried to "open" or
"inistall" anything. Now I need my color display always makes me change my
setting from 8 to 32 when I sign in
