unable to delete from shared network drive

after reading kb article 826722, i would like to apply the
hotfix mentioned to the offending workstation. But i cant
find it anywhere....can anyone help.

In reference to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 826722:

Cannot Delete Shortcut on a Network Share: "It Is Being Used by
Another Person or Program"

The only way to obtain the patch is to contact Microsoft as outlined in the article.

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services
to obtain the fix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone
