Unable to delete a folder

while updating win xp with sp1, my pc was shut down by blaster virus.
i have fixed the problem now but left with a folder that i can remove.

everything time i tried to delete it. i got a message saying i can't
delete it.

pls help as this folder is very annoying

reboot into safe mode F8 search for folder / delete. Hope
