Unable to create a dial up connection via network connections

Randy

I never hear much of this until recently, it is all common
with formatting hard drives or doing system restores.
Yolu go to create a new dial up connection and after
selecting the option "setup my connection manualy" and
click next I can not place a dot next to "connect using a
dial up modem" I am curious if it is because the modem
drivers did not install properly or if the instalation
somehow forgot something. These are not PnP modems so I
figured i get some advice before I offer to do some modem
reconstructions when it could possibly a simple click or 2
Thanks
