unable to copy or move folders because subfolders won't open

Hi, my problem is under "File and Folder Tasks". When I click on a file that
I'd like to either move or copy, I click on that and a blank box shows up
where my subfolders should come up. I have a screenshot of the problem to
send by email if that helps anyone understand what I'm talking about.

See if the following commands help you solve your problem. Type the
following in the Run dialog box or Command Prompt:

regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 /i browseui.dll
