Unable to copy and paste

There are times when I will copy text from either a Calendar or E-mail item,
and am unable to paste them into Word or any other application. I can only
resolve the issue by closing and reopening Outlook. This is starting to
become an annoyance. Is there any way to permanently fix this issue?
 
Certain Outlook add-ins can cause this behavior. Try removing add-ins
one-by-one to determine which one causes it, then complain to the developer.
