Back in Jan. I purchased an update for my Access 97. My Visa card was
charged with the $124.54 fee Feb. 1, 2005. I received a three disk kit with
product key hrdj2 fbvvr 2wpc3-jqycg-krxhg. I installed it and when the
convert processed it rejected the key. I called support and they sent me
single kit with key pd2jr htkhm c77fs rt9tv-bcft4. I installed this kit and
convert again rejects the key. I try support and it rejects me unless I pay
another $35 fee, and tells me that I have a Beta version. Tell me how to get
my money back or a Key that will convert.

Sorry, but this is something you're going to have to take up with Microsoft,
not simply by posting details in a peer-to-peer support group that Microsoft
doesn't monitor on a regular basis.

Who did you purchase the software from? What suggestions do they make?

Also don't ever post product keys into newsgroups, as other people can use
them, your keys are now available for everyone not a good idea.

Well 2 things,

1. That was general advice.
2. There could be something wrong with your installation (sounds most
likely), now what you have done is publish two product key that are almost
definitely valid keys if your install was correct.

So I think MS will probably pull these messages off the news servers soon
anyway.
