I have a problem that I have been unsuccessful in finding a resolution here
on the forums. I'm trying to contact MS directly for support.
Now I'm running into a different problem.
The software cannot find my product ID automatically. When I type it in
manually, it indicates that the format is wrong. I think it wants some
letters in the second grouping instead of digits.
My product ID is in the form of 12345-123-1234567-12345. It requests a
product id in the form 12345-xxx-1234567-12345
I *know* my MS product is legitimate, it is the correct holographic disks
purchased through the MSDN Alliance my school has with Microsoft.
Wht do I do next?
