Unable to choose a different office assistant????

I'm unable to choose a different office assistant, when I click onto
'gallery', a pop-up message turns up on the screen and says unable to get
another assistant due to not enough memory. I do not understand this as I
have plenty of memory on my computer etc and only have one document saved in
word. Can anybody help?????
