Unable to bootup

After installating some patches (not sure which patches), the system are unable to shutdown (reboot instead of shutdown). The error message is 0x000000D1. Try to uninstall the patch/fix one by one, now the system refuse to bootup.

During the load drivers screen, it show a blue screen when "C0000135 Unknown hard error". Can anyone advise what is this and a way to recover it.

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional, the last patch is SP4.

Try one of these boot modes, in this order:
- Last known good configuration
- Safe Mode
