I have been running TS in Application Mode for my software
developers to have remote VPN access to the severs. The
developers are a separate company from ours and they are
not a trusted group so I gave them Power User rights,
hence the reason for TS in application mode.
My network is small, so I made my GCS the MS Open License
to my TSLS (Terminal Service License Server) but I unable
still to confirm the licenses where applied to the
application servers. The application servers are on a
separate VLAN subnet and protected by Cisco access-list
within the switch. The Application Servers are able to
see, access and logon to the GCS and the ADS but the TSLS
show no licenses applied. I want to avoid losing my TS
sessions when the 90 days expires.
I found a document that spoke about adding the TSLS into
registry but when I viewed the Hive Key the entry was not
present.
What should I do?
