Unable to access Windows Onecare Live webpage

I cannot access the Windows Onecare Live Full Service Scan. When I click on
the Full Service Scan button, an information bar pops up and says that
internat explorer has blocked this site from using an ActiveX control in an
unsafe manner and as a result, this page may not display correctly.

If you 'click' on the bar you get a sub menu one of the options is 'allow
active x''click' on this and it should run.
