unable to access toolbox in design mode

I'm unable to access the toolbox when I'm in the design mode for
reports or forms. It is shaded out in the menu. I used to be able to
access the toolbox, but I must have made a change.

Please help.

What version of access and what version of datafile. Last time I had this
happen it was caused by opening wrong versions that would open but could not
edit. Pete D.

I figured it out (based on another post I read.) I went to Tools,
Customize and then reset to default. All is well. Thanks.
