Unable to access secure sites

Can someone please help me. I am having trouble accessing
any secure sites I was able to access in the past. I
recently had to do a full restore on my computer and now
I can't access sites such as my bank site to access my
account online. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Go to www.passport.net
Get a passport to sign-in at secure web sites,the pass
port service is from microsoft.
