unable to access links

Hi!

I cannot access web sites when i click onto a link. This happens in my
email when
i'm sent a link in my mail, and on many of the web sites. i clink onto the
link and all i get is an hourglass and a blank page. I talked to my IP
provider and we adjusted many of the settings, but i still am having the
problem.
at first i thought it was aproblem with the yahoo mail site, but since i am
having on regular web sites it has to be something else.

Can you help?

follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run
2. Type the following commands in the Run dialog box, and click OK (or hit ENTER)
after each command (noting the space between the 2 and the next letter):
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll (NB Java may not be installed on your computer and you may
receive an error)
