unable to access files or save them to other network comp

I cannot open files or save them to my other computer on my network
When I try to open files on the other computer, I get a message saying
"write protected"
When I try to save a file to other comp I get message that says "cannot
access Check security privilagers over the network drive

I can save and open on the other comp.
Hope you can understand that. Please help !!!

Have you checked the permissions on the files and folders?
