Unable to accept Live Meeting invitations in Outlook 2007

Hi folks,

I'm hoping someone can help me out, I am having a bit of trouble with
something and am at a loss as to how to fix it.

Two of our users get the following message when they try to accept a Live
Meeting invite in Outlook 2007: "An error occurred registering the form in
the OLE registry."

I have tried the following with no luck:
*Clear the form cache - Right-click the folder with the issues->
Properties-> tab Forms-> button Manage…-> button Clear Cache
*Renaming formcache.dat as per KB320835 (even though it's for 2002)
*Unregistering and reregistering OLE32.DLL as per a couple of posts I found
*Give the user account full access to
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID" - it was one of the conditions in
the above article so I thought it might be worth a try, I have since restored
their original access to this as it didn't work
*Repair of Office 2007
*Reinstall of the conferencing add-in

I haven't had any luck although the last attempt changed the error message
to: "The custom form cannot be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. An error occurred registering the form in the OLE registry."

They have no problems with normal Outlook calendar items or invitations.

Both users are running in Cached Mode but they are remote with a slow
connection and have large mailboxes (1 GB+) so I don't want to try recreating
the OST file unless absolutely necessary.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

TIA,
Nancy
