Hi - if you're using Exchange server, you can set up Outlook to synchronize
your Exchange mailbox to an offline file (OST file) on your laptop. If you
have Outlook 2003, "cached mode" makes this even easier.
If you aren't using an Exchange server:
a) note that MS does not support accessing PST files across a LAN/WAN
connection, so you may want to rethink your configuration - you may end up
with data loss, and performance will not be great, either
b) http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm may help.
Also, note that Outlook questions are best asked in Outlook newsgroups - try
microsoft.public.outlook in the future.
