un-informative error message - URGENT

Dear All,
When sending large email (more than 2 MB) ..I got uninformative error
message replied:

No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient

I am using Ms. Outlook 2000 but the error message more informative in
Outlook Express..

how come? .. is it bugs? ..how to deal with this? .. please advise

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Hi. the problem only occurs in Ms. Outlook and I tried it on OE and it works
properly I meant the error message is informative .. BTW I use qmail as email
server .. any idea? .. TIA
