un embedding an image?

Is it possible to take a picture (jpeg) out of a power point presentation?
I've lost the original file and the only copy I have is embedded within my
presentation.
I know I can do a screen grab or take a snapshot of the picture in the
presentation, but the original picture was a higher resolution than the 72
dpi i guess the snapshot will be.

thanks a lot

You can publish the presentation to a web page, and PowerPoint will extract the
image into a folder it creates called presname_files "Presnames" is the name of
your presentation.
