Uleads Gif Animator 2.0. Is it still freeware?

I was over at pricelessware.org checking on the status of Uleads Gif
Animator 2.0 but could'nt get a clear idea if the status of that
program is still freeware.

Apparently at one time the animator was freeware, or still is.

Greatly appreciated if anyone can clear this up as to the current
status of Uleads Gif Animator 2.0.
