Can someone help me? I have a laptop with the Spanish
version of windows XP on it. I want to reformat it and
put English XP on it. Am I going to run into any issues
related to this?? Thanks

No, there should be no problem(s) if you reformat and use an English version
of Windows XP.

Have a look:

Cannot Upgrade or Install a Different Language Version of Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;282089

So, your plan to reformat the harddrive and then install the English version
of Windows XP should be good.

Should be OK *provided* it is not a make with highly proprietary
hardware - eg Compaq - in which case you need to go to the maker.
