U3 flash drive is not compatible with burning softwares?

If so, it is annoying that I can not use the U3 flash disk until I unistall
the Nero and Daemon tools on my operation system. Is it an univeral problem
with all brands of U3 flash drive, such as Verbatim and Sandisk and else?

You can read how it works here. Maybe it has something to do with "CDFS" ?
