TypeLoadException

I am developing a Form application for windows CE 4.2 device using VS 2003.
This application uses a .NET DLL. When I try to run my application after
copying the .NET DLL to Windows directory of a target device, I got
TypeLoadException. But, my is working if I put the .NET DLL into the
application directory. It would be very helpful if somebody help me. I need
to get my application running with the DLL in winodws directory.

It won't find it in the Windows directory. You need to add the dll to the
GAC if you want to share the assembly out to other applications.
