Type32.exe error

I suddenly have an error message coming up whenever I start my computer. The
message reads as follows:

Type32.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xe000007b). Click OK to
terminate the application.

I have no clue how to fix the issue, please help.

I'm running XP Pro
