How do I set up the access program so that on one table, all I must do is
type in the key number from another table and all of the second table’s
information appears?

I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but it is a bad idea to
keep tables with duplicate data. Your second "table" should be a
parameter query.

Why do you want to create another table?
