I have a table with 3 Columns of data. I would like to have a form? which
allows me to enter the data that should be in the 2 column which would then
bring up the data from the 3rd column.

Doesn't make sense to me. Are you *entering* records or *searching for*
records?

Are you trying to store the data in this third column (redundantly) in
another table? Just what is this table, and what do you want to do
with the records when you find them?
