In Word 2003 my users set up automatic completion of text like address
information, names, & locations. How is this done/set up in Word 2007?
What is the name of this feature?

It is called autocomplete and does not exist in Word 2007, though you can
type the first few unique letters of the autotext entry and press F3
(investigate building blocks) or use autocorrect instead.
