Hello,

I am useing Win2k Pro. When I attempt to log off or
shutdown I get a End Task box to shutdown DEVLDR. I click
end task or sometimes I let it end by its self and the PC
does not shut down. It begins to hang. It stays in that
state for a long time until I am forced to power off with
my power button. I am unable to manually end the process
devldr32.exe before shuting down as well. Would anyone
have some suggestions as to where I would begin to fix
this?

Maybe a problem with a Creative Labs Sound card. Try installing updated
drivers from Creative Labs for the card.
