tying two responses

I have two tables that have a relationship of one to many. My questions is
when using forms is there a way to type in the "job number" and have a "job
description" fields generate automatically in a form. I am trying to create
uniformity in names and trying to create less work...
 
Rather than typing in the job number, why not have a combobox that they can
select the job description field from?
