My message I think is quite unusual, because nobody at Dell can help me with
this issue.
Here goes, I just bought a Dell Inspiron 531, I can connect to the internet
and surf to some sites not all. I CANNOT go to the Microsoft web site nor
update my operating system. It simply spools, does not go anywhere. I'm
running Vista Home Premium an using broadband 5MGps. Dell tells me its my
phone line, my IP server says its a software conflict specically ISP IP
setting that is dropping packets???????
I have another computer running XP and I do not have a problem surfing with
that one.
Do you have an idea to fix my problem.
