Two screens

Francis Hookham

With Windows XP, PP 2002

and a laptop which can display on two screens.

1 Is it possible to run a presentation showing slides via the
projector for the audience (a Slideshow) and, at the same time, see the
slides with notes (Normal view) showing on the laptop screen?

2 I see from a posting on 30th (How do I change the font size in
the notes section of power point) that font size of notes can be changes
with the 'A/A button with which you can toggle to Show formatting in the
Notes section'.

This only toggles between 12pt and 18pt.

Is it possible to change these toggle sizes? It would be good to toggle
12/24

Thank you.

1) If your laptop has multi-monitor support (check your desktop properties,
ensure that the second monitor has "Extend my Windows desktop on this
monitor" checked), you can enable Presenter's View (Click Slide Show > Set Up
Show. Put a checkmark on Show Presenter View. Click Ok), which allows you to
see the notes during slide show.

2) Once you click on the Show Formatting A/A button, you should be able to
change the font size through the font size option. (This can be done by
selecting font size field, and enter an appropriate number).
