Can I connect to two mailboxes on two Exchange servers in same forest but in
different domain from one instance of Outlook?

Artem, yes you can but it's a bit different than adding an email to the same
"container". The following should be somewhat of a good solution for you.

With this solution you will not get your email in the same email box but
will access each account as you open outlook and choose the profile. I like
this as I don't want my email, contacts, etc. combined but you can actually
even run a shortcut to the othe profile and see all profiles in one
window-That is a bit more complex but the basics of setting up multiple
profiles is simple:

Close outlook
Open control panel
Select Mail
Select Show Profiles
Select "Prompt for Profile to be used"
Select Add and create the profile of your new account just as you set up the
first.

Now when you open outlook it will prompt you for which account you want to
view.

Hope this helps. If this did not resolve your issue please let us know.
