can i delever my gmail and hotmail to two diff pst

without making another identity

Yes. the easiest way to do this (IMHO) is to use Outlook Connector for
Hotmail (if your version of Outlook supports it) and IMAP for GMail. You
will then automatically get two separate pst files.

Outlook doesn't use identities - it uses Profiles.
