A copy of XP can be installed on only computer at a time. An OEM copy of XP
is tied by the license agreement to the first system on which it's installed
so it cannot be put on the other computer. The options you have are to
borrow a win98 CD from someone, or buy one for very low cost on Ebay.

Find someone that you can borrow a Win98 CD from.
