two columns of numbers, need to sort/filter to find one number th.

I get a list, hundreds of account numbers....A week later a get a second
list, the same list as before except one of two accounts are missing...
Need to sort or filter out the accounts that are NOT in the second list but
were in the first, basically the accounts that are NOT on both lists....

Thanks.
