It used to be the Winguides site and has a number of tutorials on it. I
prefer it a little bit to Tweak VI. It has many more tweaks.

Chad, the link you gave lists the release date as June 19, 2003. Is there a
more recent version of this?

Are there any good tweaking programs for Vista? TweakVI seems good
but they want $39.99 for a 1 year subscription. The free TweakVI has just a
few tweaks that I will use.

Wow--I thought they would be updating it for Vista. I have it and they did
add tweaks to it consistently but I haven't used it in a long time. I
usually will just search out a regedit or shell script to get done what I
want. I'm sorry I didn't realize they may not be making one for Vista. Time
will tell. Also you used to be able to search the site better for reg edit
solutions, although you still can.
