I came across a piece of software called Tweak-XP-Pro. Has anyone ever
used it or has any advice as to whether it is any good.Thanks

Tweak XP is OK if you know how to revert your system to the same state it was in before using that program. Please read the 'help' files that come with the program. Personally, I would not recommend using it.

So, do you think I am better of using something like Norton System
works??
